The Department of Defense announced today the death of a soldier, who was supporting Operation Iraqi Freedom.
Pfc. Allen B. Jaynes, 21, of Henderson, Texas, died January 20th in Iraq of wounds sustained when an improvised explosive device detonated near his vehicle. He was assigned to 3rd Squadron, 61st Cavalry Regiment, 2nd Brigade Combat Team, 2nd Infantry Division, Fort Carson, Colo.

The Department of Defense announced today the death of two Marines who were supporting Operation Iraqi Freedom.
Killed were:
Cpl. Jacob H. Neal, 23, of San Marcos, Texas, died January 19th while conducting combat operations in Al Anbar province, Iraq. Neal was assigned to Marine Forces Reserve's 1st Battalion, 24th Marine Regiment, 4th Marine Division, Grand Rapids, Mich.
Lance Cpl. Luis J. Castillo, 20, of Lawton, Mich., died January 20th from wounds received while conducting combat operations in Al Anbar province, Iraq. Castillo was assigned to Marine Forces Reserve's 1st Battalion, 24th Marine Regiment, 4th Marine Division, Lansing, Mich.

The Department of Defense announced today the death of a sailor who was supporting Operation Iraqi Freedom.
Petty Officer 1st Class Jennifer A. Valdivia, 27, of Cambridge, Ill., was discovered deceased on January 16th, 2007, in Bahrain. Valdivia was assigned to the naval security force for Naval Support Activity, Bahrain. Valdivia's death was a non-combat related incident in Bahrain, which is located within the designated hostile fire zone. Valdivia's death is under investigation.

MSM and the Left Will Play Up The Deaths Of Every Soldier
I hate to say it but the MSM and many of those on the Left will be playing up the deaths of every U.S. Soldier from here on out. Even more than they have been doing for the last few years... and that should really PO everyone who truly supports the troops and their families.
We don’t need a body count from those who don’t support the war. We need their support to WIN... something I’m afraid they gave up on back during the Vietnam War years.
