Felix Baumgartner
landed safely today after successfully completing the highest-ever Skydiving
Jump, a jump from 24 miles above the earth to be exact,
that also marked the world's first Supersonic Skydive. Felix hit a top speed of
833 mph breaking the sound barrier as he hit Mach 1.24, said Red Bull
Stratos officials. Organizers said the descent lasted for just over
nine minutes in which about half of it was in free-fall.
