Syria Today: On Ground Updates - March 06, 2013

Wednesday, March 06, 2013
.
The last time I looked and according to the United Nations, more than 70,000 souls have been killed over the last two years during the revolt against Syrian President Al-Assad.
.
Nearly two years ago it all started with peaceful protesters on the streets but it wasn't soon after that Assad’s murderous forces cracked down hard on the demonstrators and started murdering them by the 1,ooo’s.
.
The senseless murder by President Al-Assad’s forces on the innocence continues today… not to be left out the million Syrians who have fled their war-ravaged country and are seeking assistance in other countries…

The number of Syrians who have fled their war-ravaged country and are seeking assistance has now topped the 1 million mark, the U.N. refugee agency said Wednesday, warning that Syria is heading toward a "full-scale disaster."
