The Big Five finally agree on a Statement to Iran

After three weeks of negotiations... the five veto holding nations of the UN Security Council... Russia, China, Britain, France and the United States... finally agreed today, (Wednesday, March 29, 2006,) on a statement that would call on Iran to suspend parts of its nuclear program.
And so it begins...
