* CNN has the following reportposted up on their website early this Wednesday morning and it starts off like this...Japan's Emperor addressed the nation Wednesday -- a rare event that only occurs in times of war or national crisis... Emperor Akihito's speech underlined Prime Minister Naoto Kan's earlier assertion that the country was going through its worst crisis since World War II. And it came on the same day that white smoke and a new blaze at the damaged Fukushima Daiichi's nuclear plant added to radiation concerns in a country grappling with a nuclear crisis...
About this video:The town of Otsuchi was not only hit by the 9.0 magnitude earthquake and subsequent tsunami but a fire also ravaged the place. Most survivors have a stunned and lost look about them... There are some happy reunions, two women who knew each other from childhood found one another after thinking each was dead... One man searching through the debris said, "I have no idea what is going to happen. The whole town has gone, the town next door is gone... it's as if I am living in a dream."
