* The New York Times had the following report posted late Wednesday evening and it goes in part like this. …The Iranians raised the shrill tone a notch on Wednesday, when the air force commander of Iran’s elite Islamic Revolutionary Guards Corps, which has been conducting the missile tests, said he had contingency plans to hit 35 American bases in the early minutes of any conflict… “All these bases are within the reach of our missiles,” the commander, Brig. Gen. Amir Ali Hajizadeh, was quoted as saying by Iran’s semiofficial Fars news agency. He was also quoted as saying Israel had provided “good targets for us as well.”… The increasingly hostile tone has mirrored pessimism over the lack of visible progress in the nuclear negotiations. [Ya THINK!!!]

.
* FOX News had the following AP report posted up on their website Wednesday afternoon and it starts off like this… Iran declared Wednesday that it can destroy nearby U.S. military bases and strike Israel within minutes of an attack on the Islamic Republic, reflecting tensions over Iran's suspect nuclear program… The veiled threat came during a military drill that has included the firing of ballistic missiles. The elite Revolutionary Guards, conducting the war games in Iran's central desert, said that the missiles were aimed at mock-ups of foreign military bases…

.
* Guardian News reported it this way… Iran is prepared to launch missiles at US bases throughout the Gulf within minutes of an attack on the Islamic Republic, according to a commander of the country's Revolutionary Guards… In an apparent response to reports that the US has increased its military presence in the Gulf, the commander of the Revolutionary Guards' air force said on Wednesday that missiles had been aimed at 35 US military bases in the Gulf as well as targets in Israel, ready to be launched in case of an attack… The semi-official Fars news agency reported Brigadier General Amir Ali Hajizadeh as saying: “We have thought of measures to set up bases and deploy missiles to destroy all these bases in the early minutes after an attack.”…

* Columnists Robert Fox has this take on the news and it goes in part like this. …The United States has increased its minesweeper force in the Gulf to eight ships. The UK already has a long-standing patrol of minehunters there. US F-22 Raptor stealth fighter-bombers and F15c bombers have been sent to various bases throughout the region, and two aircraft carrier groups are on standby… Britain has plans for putting a squadron of Typhoon Eurofighters in the Gulf, either in Qatar or the UAE. An infantry battalion can be moved at short notice. A western alliance led by the US, Britain and France is preparing forces to suppress Iran’s coastal anti-aircraft missile batteries and their shore-based anti-ship missiles if there is a sudden flare-up round the Straits of Hormuz… In the past 48 hours, officials in Washington and London have lessened the likelihood that the Iranian military and Revolutionary Guard will try to shut the Straits of Hormuz. But fears have been growing in the past few weeks that Israel may carry out a pre-emptive strike against Iran's nuclear centrifuges - principally those at Natanz…

Iran Tests Ballistic Missiles as Oil Embargo Takes Effect: US Navy Enters Persian Gulf
About above News Video: Iran has launched several ballistic missiles as part of a military exercise, the country's official news agency IRNA reported. The missiles - which included long-range ones capable of hitting US Navy in the Persian Gulf - successfully hit their targets. The military maneuver coincides with a European Union oil embargo underway since 1 July aimed at applying pressure on the country over its nuclear program. Iran, OPEC's second-biggest producer, is finding fewer countries willing to buy its crude, which could pinch global supplies.

Round three of USELESS TALKS in Russia in a few weeks - Everyone, (but mainly Israel,) all hush-hush

Next round, (round three,) of USELESS TALKS is due to continue in the Russian Capital of Moscow, on June 18th/19th.  And with everyone, (but mainly Israel,) all hush-hush on everything… well………
.
I had these comments, in part, in my last 2 post on topic:
.
Post One (After 1st meeting I wrote) - There better be some serious results come out of the next meeting in Baghdad this coming May 23rd… For if it is all the same as has happened in past meetings, all talk and achieving no hard results at all, well… Times Up!!! And all hell’s going to surely break loose…

Post Two (After the 2nd meeting I wrote) -  These gullible IDIOTS for Diplomats we have… who have gone through two highly unproductive meetings in the past month… and the best they can come out of them with is that they see HOPE in the promise of another meeting... NEXT MONTH!
YOU DUMB A$$ES!
I’ll say it one more time…
Times UP… End Game’s UP!
Iran is SOOO fixing to get the crap bombed out of them.
Any day now too…

I’ll also note that I have said in past post that I thought many at the top in Israel would have surely come out and trashed the Obama Administration as they have done many times before… but I was wrong.  After the last meeting in Iraq… NOTHING!

So… the way I see it… If history holds true… whenever Israel gets into that lockdown of the mouth/info mode… you can usually bet that someone is fixing to get their BUTTS KICKED! Any day now too…

After two highly unproductive meetings… diplomats can only HOPE in the promise of another meeting... NEXT MONTH!

IAF file photo
Friday, May 25, 2012
* Here’s an interesting report I ran across today at DEBKA.com and it starts off like this… Israel has withdrawn its pledge to US President Barack Obama not to strike Iran’s nuclear sites before the November presidential election after he rejected its minimal demands for nuclear negotiations with Iran….
Read the rest at link below…
.
* The following is from YNETnews.com and it goes in part like this… Even though Wednesday's talks were unproductive, diplomats saw hope in the promise of another meeting.
.
"It is clear that we both want to make progress and that there is some common ground," European Union foreign policy Chief Catherine Ashton, who is formally leading the talks, told reporters. "However, significant differences remain. Nonetheless, we do agree on the need for further discussion to expand that common ground."
.
Saeed Jalili, Iran's top nuclear negotiator, offered a lukewarm assessment of Wednesday's negotiations, in light of European and American refusal to lift tough sanctions against Iran as Tehran had hoped. "The result of the talks was that we were able to get more familiar with the views of each other," Jalili told reporters…

Israel/Iran: On Ground Updates - May, 20, 2012

Israel/Iran: On Ground Updates

“I think they have made a decision to attack,” says one senior Israeli figure with close ties to the leadership. “It is going to happen. “I think they've gone into lockdown mode now,” the senior Western diplomat said. “Whatever happens next, whatever they decide, we will not find out until it happens.”
* YNetNews.com brings us the report…
* USAToday.com had the following report posted on their website a few days back and it starts off like this… The U.S. has plans in place to attack Iran if necessary to prevent it from developing nuclear weapons, Washington’s envoy to Israel said, days ahead of a crucial round of nuclear talks with Tehran… Dan Shapiro’s message resonated Thursday far beyond the closed forum in which it was made: Iran should not test Washington’s resolve to act on its promise to strike if diplomacy and sanctions fail to pressure Tehran to abandon its disputed nuclear program…

* JPost.com has this report and it starts off like this…
Israel and the international community see no Iranian intention to give up its nuclear program, Foreign Minister Avigdor Liberman said Sunday following a meeting with US Secretary of Homeland Security Janet Napolitano… "There are no illusions on Iran's intentions on its nuclear program," he said. "We see no Iranian intention to give up its nuclear ambitions."… "I think the international community has no illusions on Iran's willingness to give up its nuclear program," he added…

(Communicated by the Prime Minister's Media Adviser)
.
The following is an excerpt from Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu's remarks Monday evening, May 21, 2012, at a Civil Service Commission event:
.
“In recent weeks, I have heard those who have cast doubt on Iran’s intentions. They said that when Iran's leaders declare that they will wipe Israel off the map, they really mean something else in Persian. It would be interesting to hear what they think of the Iranian Chief-of-Staff's remarks yesterday: ‘Iran is committed to the complete destruction of Israel.’ This is clear and simple. Iran's goals are clear. It wants to annihilate Israel and is developing nuclear weapons to realize this goal.
.
Iran threatens Israel, peace and the entire world. Against this malicious intention, the world’s leading countries must show determination, not weakness. They do not need to make concessions to Iran. They need to set clear and unequivocal demands before it: Iran must halt all enrichment of nuclear material. It must remove from its territory all nuclear material that has been enriched up until now and it must dismantle the underground nuclear facility in Qom. Only thus will it be possible to ensure that Iran will not have a nuclear bomb. This is Israel's position; it has not changed and it will not change.”
…………………
.
My Take: Same as before…
‘END GAME’ Up!

I for one STILL believe the Israeli ‘End Game’ has been reached! That the decision to attack has already been made and that even the date has been pretty much finalized.
.
We have gone from hearing ALL those Israeli War Drums to the lockdown of most of the mouths of those Israelis in the know.
.
Even the Obama Administration leakers have been shut down and left out in the cold. For you see… from here on out, whatever our Israeli friends do, we surely will not find out until it has already happened. And THAT is exactly the way it is supposed to be.
.
I guess now is a good time to mention that the next round of useless nuclear talks between Iran and the P5+1 Nations, (Britain, China, France, Russia and the United States… plus Germany,) is still on schedule for this Wednesday, May 23rd in Baghdad, Iraq. I just don’t see any serious results through diplomacy happening with Iran this Wednesday, or ever!
.
And as I’ve said before… soon after this failed Wednesday meeting, we should surely see many an Israeli leader coming out and doing all kinds of trashing of President Obama and his failed Foreign Policies.
.
I also think that soon after Wednesday’s meeting, we will again start to hear the war drums beating in the MSM as they were just a few months ago.
.
Sooo… sit back and wait for the news my friends.
Its coming and SOON!
For the END GAME is up.

Second Round of Talks between Iran and 5+1 will be held in Baghdad on Wednesday, May 23, 2012

Just a short heads-up to remind everyone that the second round of talks between Iran and the 5+1 wishful thinking gang will be held in Baghdad, Iraq on Wednesday, May 23, 2012. Let’s see now… that is just over 2 weeks from now so the way I see it… the MSM should be starting the War Drums up by this weekend or mid next week at the latest. We shall see…

End Game Up - Useless Iranian Negotiations Will Fail As War Drums Start Beating Loudly, Again

Wednesday, April 18, 2012

President Obama’s negotiators need to strongly confront Iran during this upcoming meeting in Bagdad, Iraq and set a firm deadline of weeks… not months… insisting the Iranians immediately begin the process of dismantling their nuclear enrichment facilities and cease all of their nuclear weapons research.
.
Time for being all nice and pussyfooting around is over. We just don’t have time for all that crap anymore. The END GAME is UP folks… one way or the other.
.
Obama also needs to make it perfectly clear to Iran, by he and his negotiators… that failure to comply with these demands would be met with HEAVY HANDED Military Strikes by the United States and anyone else wishing to join us… And that these Strikes wouldn’t stop until ALL of Iran’s Nuclear Programs and Facilities are completely destroyed.
.
BUT… we ALL know none of that is going to happen and sadly… I can’t help but believe that the next meeting will be nothing more than a total waste of time and failure!
.
I also believe that soon after this failed meeting… we will surely see many an Israeli Leader coming out and doing all kinds of trashing of President Obama and his failed Foreign Policies… especially on those policies dealing with Iran’s Nuclear Program and these worthless TALKS!
.
Next we will start hearing, from everywhere and everyone, the war drums beating again as they were just a month or so ago. And yes… it will be ALL about our good friends in Israel and them taking on Iran’s nuclear mess all by themselves. Then we sit back and wait… END GAME… UP!!!

Let the Talks Begin, one Last Time, on Iran’s Nuclear Program

Map Courtesy of RFE-RL
.
International talks are to begin this Saturday between Iran and six major world powers, (the five permanent members of the U.N. Security Council,) comprised of the United States, France, Russia, China, Britain -- plus Germany.
.
Secretary of State Hillary Clinton said just Thursday that Iranian officials should come to Istanbul Saturday willing to make progress on international demands. "This is a chance for Iran to credibly address the concerns of the international community," she said followed by saying they also needed to demonstrate that they were serious about the upcoming talks.
.
Of course it just wouldn’t be right if the Iranians didn’t get cocky on us and so one Iranian religious leader did by saying Friday that he thought the Western leaders should pretty much back off… That they should react to Iran's proposals logically and stop the current unconstructive accusations against the Islamic Republic. Yeah… yeah… yeah… and so it begins… lol
.
* Here’s a good read on topic that I ran across today at the Huffington Post. Click it out at link below…

…………………………….
.
Note: I’ll be updating this post sometime Saturday evening after day one of the talks are over so be sure to check back then. Lol… I for one am a betting man that these talks are going nowhere, so… Israel…. Get ready to light-um UP!
OK, I lied… Would you believe an Update Sunday afternoon!!!?

YNETNews.com has the following short report posted on their website this Sunday afternoon and it goes in part like this… Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu voiced irritation on Sunday that the next session of nuclear talks between Iran and six world powers would be held in more than a month's time… "My initial impression is that Iran has been given a freebie. It's got five weeks to continue enrichment without any limitation, any inhibition," Netanyahu said in video footage, provided by his office, during a meeting with US Senator Joseph Lieberman… Read the rest HERE

AFP had this take on Saturday’s meeting and it goes in part like this… At Saturday's talks in Istanbul, during which Iranian officials sat down with the so-called P5+1 grouping of diplomats from the United States, Russia, China, Britain, France and Germany, the sides agreed to hold a more in-depth meeting in Baghdad on May 23… Officials described the talks as positive but stressed that a great deal was expected of Iran at the next meetingRead the full report HERE

There better be some serious results come out of the next meeting in Baghdad this coming May 23rd… For if it is all the same as has happened in past meetings, all talk and achieving no hard results at all, well… Times Up!!! And all hell’s going to surely break loose.
.
It’s sad Israel has to take this all on themselves. But with a weak, blabbermouth of a President named Obama, along with his Administration… that’s sadly all we have before us.
.
To our Israeli friends… whatever you do… keep Obama in the dark unless you wish for him and his bunch to leak all info you give them to the world ahead of time. They’ve done so in the past, the chicken shits… and will surely do it to you again..!

Senior Israeli Southern Command Officer says "ongoing attacks - by rockets and along the border - are cumulatively more than enough to justify immediate action” - UN Nuclear Inspectors say no progress was made in latest Inspection visit, with access blocked to key site - Iranian regime threatens pre-emptive strikes
Wednesday, February 22, 2012
* JPost.com had the following report posted on their website early Sunday afternoon and it starts off like this… Calls are mounting within the IDF’s Southern Command to launch a large-scale offensive against Hamas and Islamic Jihad in the Gaza Strip in the face of continued rocket attacks over the weekend…

* CBS News had this report posted on their website late Monday afternoon and it starts off like this… President Obama's national security adviser has concluded three days of talks with Israeli leaders in Jerusalem amid an escalating focus on Iran's nuclear intentions. The visit comes in advance of a March 5 meeting at the White House between Mr. Obama and Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu… CBS Radio News correspondent Robert Berger reported from Jerusalem that National Security Adviser Tom Donilon brought what media reports described as a clear message to Israeli leaders: Don't attack Iran… But the country isn't making any promises, according to Israeli spokesman Mark Regev… "Israel cannot tolerate a nuclear-armed Iran," Regev said…

. * The Guardian had this report late Tuesday evening and it starts off like this… The UN nuclear agency has declared its latest inspection visit to Iran a failure, with the regime blocking access to a key site suspected of hosting covert nuclear weapon research and no agreement reached on how to resolve other unanswered questions… The statement from the International Atomic Energy Agency was issued shortly after an Iranian general warned of a pre-emptive strike against any nation that threatens Iran… "We engaged in a constructive spirit but no agreement was reached," the statement quoted IAEA chief Yukiya Amano as saying… The communique said that Iran did not grant requests by the IAEA mission to visit Parchin, a military site thought to be used for explosives testing related to triggering a nuclear weapon. Amano called this decision "disappointing". No agreement was reached on how to begin "clarification of unresolved issues in connection with Iran's nuclear programme, particularly those relating to possible military dimensions", the statement said…

* JPost.com had the following report posted up on their website this early Wednesday morning and it goes in part like this. …The outcome seems likely to add to already soaring tension between Iran and Western powers, which have ratcheted up sanctions on the major oil producer in recent months… …Earlier, Iran's envoy to the IAEA, Ali Asghar Soltanieh, told the country's ISNA news agency that Tehran expected to hold more talks with the UN agency, whose task it is to prevent the spread of nuclear weapons in the world… But Amano's spokeswoman, Gill Tudor, made clear no further meetings were planned

Herman Nackaerts, the deputy director general of the International Atomic Energy Agency, gives a statement upon his return from talks with Iranian officials in Tehran. IAEA Expert Team Returns from Iran
February 22, 2012
A senior IAEA expert team is returning from Iran after two days of discussions with Iranian officials held on 20 and 21 February 2012. The meeting followed previous discussions held on 29 to 31 January 2012.
.
During both the first and second round of discussions, the Agency team requested access to the military site at Parchin. Iran did not grant permission for this visit to take place.
.
Intensive efforts were made to reach agreement on a document facilitating the clarification of unresolved issues in connection with Iran's nuclear programme, particularly those relating to possible military dimensions. Unfortunately, agreement was not reached on this document.
.
"It is disappointing that Iran did not accept our request to visit Parchin during the first or second meetings," IAEA Director General Yukiya Amano said. "We engaged in a constructive spirit, but no agreement was reached."

.
‘END GAME’ REACHED!
One can make the leap in belief that the Israeli ‘End Game’ has finally been reached. Especially after this latest and most likely last IAEA report.
.
If you have noticed of late… the Dems, all those in the MSM… and President Obama have ALL been telling us that sanctions on Iran have begun to work, that they have actually started to show fruit if I may. But, my friends… it just isn’t so!
.
ALL the sanctions imposed upon Iran over the last so many years… and of late too… have absolutely failed to do a damn thing in stopping Iran on their march to building a Nuclear Weapon.
.
Bottom line… Iran’s actions show us all we need to know about just how well all these sanctions have been working. They haven’t!
.
Sadly this leads me to only one conclusion over all this mess.
.
‘END GAME’
REACHED!
