Breaking the Seals- Iran

I ask this question for I have not a clue-- but I think I know the answer… Can IAEA trace back to the original source, any nuclear material that might be used in a dirty Bomb??? I’m afraid that things just might be heating up, for more bad things to come next month and this seal breaking mess by the Iranians is not a good thing… But, Kofi Annan over at the UN and the EU-3 have other ideas on this matter…

Enriched uranium can be used for peaceful purposes such as generating
energy or for making nuclear weapons and the EU-3 have said a resumption of
nuclear activities would mean the end of the negotiations.
