Izzat Ibrahim al-Duri, the highest-ranking figure from Saddam Hussein's old regime, (and was still at large,) has been reported to have died Friday in a statement being circulated around in the name of the Baath Party. As of Saturday evening, 4:45pm CST... these reports have still not been confirmed, one way or the other...
