Saddam Hussein and seven former members of the Baath Party face the death penalty if convicted on charges of crimes against humanity. All eight deny all counts against them... including murder, forced expulsion, imprisonment, torture, and breaking international law, in connection with the 1982 killing of 148 in Dujail, Iraq.
