March 04, 2006: About photo- Iraqi army soldiers take part in a transfer of authority ceremony between the U.S. Army's 1st Brigade Combat Team, 10th Mountain Division and the 6th Iraqi Army Division at Forward Operations Base Constitution in Baghdad, Iraq, March 2. The transfer of authority is the largest since the training of Iraqi forces began.
