There’s a lot of tension and differences, but no Civil War in Iraq

“There is a lot of tension and differences, but no civil war. The tensions are not between the Shiite population and the Sunni population... It's really the militias, the armed militias, and certain fanatic groups that are really engaged in most of the acts of violence,'' said Adnan Pachachi, former Iraqi foreign minister and current member of parliament... on CNN's Late Edition program today.
