During an IDF and ISA arrest operation in the Balata R.C overnight, an IDF force killed Hani Muhammad Hasan Al-Kabi, a senior wanted Tanzim terror operative, after he opened fire while attempting to escape. The force also arrested Sammer Mustafa Abu-lil, an Islamic Jihad terror operative who served as Al-Kabi's assistant. Two M-16 rifles, many ammunition clips and a large amount of combat equipment were uncovered in their possession... Al-Kabi, 22, received his directives from Hezbollah and other terrorist groups from the Gaza Strip...
