* USA Today brings us the following report and it starts
off like this… Israel is unlikely to provide much if any advance notice to
the United States if it attacks Iran's nuclear
facilities, Middle East experts say…
Advance warning is important because a surprise could hurt the United States'
ability to respond and safeguard its many assets in the Persian Gulf… The
assumption is that U.S. warning of an Israeli attack would come
"significantly less than an hour" before it began, said Jon Alterman,
director of the Middle East program at the Center for Strategic and
International Studies. "How much of that would come from Israeli
notification and how much would come from sensors we have in the region, I
don't know."…

* JPost.com has this report this late Thursday afternoon
and it goes in part like this. …In a
possible sign of further Iranian defiance in the face of such pressure, several
sources said Iran had put in place additional enrichment centrifuges in its
Fordow facility, buried deep inside a mountain to protect it against enemy
strikes… One source suggested hundreds of machines had been installed… In
another development likely to worry the West, they said satellite imagery
indicated Iran had covered a building at a military site which UN inspectors
want to visit with a brightly-colored, tent-like structure…

* MercuryNews.com has the great read by Charles Krauthammer today
that starts off like this… Either Israel is engaged in the most elaborate
ruse since the Trojan Horse or it is on the cusp of a pre-emptive strike on
Iran's nuclear facilities…
