Romney/Obama Presidential Debate #3

Romney/Obama Presidential Debate #3
Third and Last Debate Tonight between Romney and Obama
Start time 8:00pm CDT
Monday, October 22, 2012
This 3rd and last debate between Governor Mitt Romney and President Barack Obama will start this evening at 8:00pm, CDT and like all the others, it too will be shown on ABC, CBS, FOX and NBC, as well as all the cable news channels including Fox News, CNN and MSNBC amongst others.
.
Tonight’s Debate Moderator will be CBS News Bob Schieffer. I for one have always like Mr. Schieffer and have found him to be a strong, fair journalist. He should do us one fantastic job this evenings, making it possibly the best of the Debates this year! It’s not his first rodeo here you know. This final Debate will last for around 1 ½ hours.
.
Tonight’s debate is mainly setup for the discussion of Foreign Policy… SOOO I do hope that they again, get into the weeds of the non protests and terror attacks that killed our Libyan Ambassador and three others.
.
As I said before the 1st debate… what once was believed to be the main issue of this election year, our faltering economy and all that goes along with it, has now given way to a National Security debate too.

This should be another fun, informative night, tonight… watching these two go after each other and trying to find the truth in the midst of all the spin. Get READY!!! And check back later, after the Debate…

Post Update:
10:45pm CDT
.
Dang, I thought Obama was going to come out and BITE Romney with that dead dog stare he was giving him all night long. Had me scared! Lol… But not my man Romney. He hung in there the whole 1 ½ hrs with that calm smile and just being very Presidential all night.
.
To me Obama seemed like a Chicago thug most of the night. Romney on the other hand stayed above the fray the entire debate and definitely passed the Presidential test.
.
Who won? Well… I give it to Romney and I do so simply because Obama was such an ass at times… But even without that, I would still give it to Mitt for he came into tonight to do what he meant to do. He didn’t screw up… he didn’t fall into any of Obama’s lead-in tricks and he really looked more Presidential than the President did! Poor Obama, that’s gotta hurt!
.
With all that said… I would imagine that most of the average folks out there, who do not pay much attention to this kind of stuff, probably got board early on tonight without the back and forth fireworks like we had in the last debate. But man… I loved it!
.
GREAT JOB MITT ROMNEY!
The next President of the United States!!!

Romney/Obama Presidential Debate #2

Romney/Obama Presidential Debate #2
The Second of Three Debates between Romney and Obama
Will start at 8:00pm CDT, Tuesday, 10/16/12…
Original Post Date:
Tuesday, October 16, 2012
The 2nd debate between Governor Mitt Romney and President Barack Obama will start this evening at 8:00pm, CDT and will be shown on ABC, CBS, FOX and NBC, as well as all the cable news channels including Fox News, CNN and MSNBC amongst others.
.
CNN’s Liberal Journalist Carole Simpson will be our Debate Moderator this evening and like the other two debates, this too will last for 1 ½ hours.
.
Tonight’s debate is a Town Hall setting and I would think all kinds of questions will go… I do SOOO hope that foreign policy is brought up a lot and that they get into the weeds of the non protests and terror attacks that killed our Libyan Ambassador and three others.
.
.
As I said before the 1st debate… what once was believed to be the main issue of this election year, our faltering economy and all that goes along with it, has now given way to a National Security debate too.

It should be a FUN NIGHT for all of us Political Junkies and for all the regular folks out there who are finally tuning in to watch for the first time.
………………...................
As we wait for tonight’s Debate to begin… I’d like to sum up the first two Debates like this. Basically… what we had in the first debate was a President that wouldn't look up… And in the second was a Vice President that couldn't find himself to shut the hell up!
.
Ahhhh…. what will tonight’s Presidential Debate bring us?
Be sure to check back afterwards!

……………………………………………………..
.
UPDATE: 10:00pm CDT
.
.Now that was a fun night of two men battling it out, sometimes right in each other's face! Haven’t ever seen that before in a debate and I loved it.
.
I think both men did very well tonight but in the end I give the Debate to Romney. Sadly though, one can bet on the MSM to surely go out of their way and spin it up all they can to pull their man, Obama up to a higher plain and as the winner. Just wasn't there, sorry. But I will say Obama did come to play tonight…
.
What really happened tonight? Well… I for one thought Romney handed Obama’s BUTT to him! Though it is also true Romney missed a few good chances that lost him a few point… We shall see how it all went down most likely this Friday when the latest Polls come out. Until then!

Felix Baumgartner successfully completes highest-ever Skydiving Jump from 24 miles above Earth

.
Felix Baumgartner landed safely today after successfully completing the highest-ever Skydiving Jump, a jump from 24 miles above the earth to be exact, that also marked the world's first Supersonic Skydive. Felix hit a top speed of 833 mph breaking the sound barrier as he hit Mach 1.24, said Red Bull Stratos officials. Organizers said the descent lasted for just over nine minutes in which about half of it was in free-fall.

Biden/Ryan VP Debate - October 11, 2012

Biden/Ryan VP Debate
Tonight’s Debate will start at 8:00pm CDT
Thursday, October 11, 2012
The much anticipated debate between Vice President Joe Biden and Republican VP pick Paul Ryan will be held tonight, Thursday, October 11th and will be broadcast at 8:00pm, CDT on ABC, CBS, FOX and NBC, as well as all the cable news channels including Fox News, CNN and MSNBC amongst others.
.
I can’t wait for the debate to get started tonight for there is one thing for certain… And that is the fact that Joe Biden has a lot riding on his performance and it seems to me that he has to at least hold his own against Paul Ryan just to keep the Democrats from completely freaking out if they should be dealt a two in a row lose in the debates!
.
I’m getting that feeling that history is in the making tonight and a nail is being placed in the Obama/Biden Coffin.
......................................
Much more to come later tonight after the Debates have ended and I have had some time for it all to soak in on me…

ROMNEY/RYAN2012

..........................................................
My take in a nutshell… Biden had to be the Rudest, most Obnoxious Old Fart to ever participate in a debate that I have ever seen. What an ‘A’ HOLE! GREAT JOB though, Ryan! You stayed cool, calm and so respectful the entire hour and a half.
.
Many will view Joe as the winner for his STRONG STAND tonight, but being strong by being a total ass just doesn't work for most folks.
.
Bottom-line…
Republicans, TWO
Democrats, ZERO
Just 2 more Presidential Debates to go…

Romney/Obama Presidential Debate #1

Romney/Obama Presidential Debate #1
The First of Three Debates between Romney and Obama
Will Start at 8:00pm CDT, Wednesday, 10/03/12…
Original Post Date:
Monday, October 01, 2012
.
The much anticipated 1st debate between Governor Mitt Romney and President Barack Obama will be held this Wednesday, October 3rd and it will be broadcast at 8:00pm, CDT on ABC, CBS, FOX and NBC, as well as all the cable news channels including Fox News, CNN and MSNBC amongst others.
.
Jim Lehrer, the host of ‘News Hour’ on PBS, will be our Debate Moderator and it should last around 1 ½ hours.
.
The first debate is said to focus on domestic policy but I hope they also get into the protests and terror attacks that killed our Libyan Ambassador and three others.
.
Now… this will be the first time for all of us voters to finally get a one on one, where the two candidates take it to each other, face to face, challenging each other on their own personal views.
.
What once was believed to be the main issue of this election year, our faltering economy and all that goes along with it, has now given way to a National Security debate too.
.
A few weeks ago… why did the Obama Administration come out as they did over the protests and the Terror Attacks that killed our Libyan Ambassador and three others?  Was there a White House Cover-Up?  Did the White House deliberately mislead the American people for political gain?  Did Romney speak fact or fiction just hours after the attacks were known?  Did Romney speak out to soon?  Did he speak out of turn?  These are a few things I hope both candidates are forced to address in Debate #1 and neither allowed to heehaw around on the topic if it comes down to it.
.
With that said, no matter how the first debate goes down…  May the best man WIN!  Governor Mitt Romney of course!!!

And after Debate #1
.
Hello gang. Wasn't that one of the best Presidential Debates you have ever seen!!!? I just pray that the next 3 debates, and yes, that is counting the VP Debate next week, cuts the men loose and let them talk it out between themselves like they did tonight.
.
It was a bit of fresh air to hear both men talk for once, pretty much unchecked… without having all those lights and time count downs and those annoying buzzers!
.
I for one thought both men looked very much at ease tonight, in their own skin if I may… and neither seemed to make any mistakes.
.
The knowledge of ALL the topics by both men was very impressive to me. But if you read any of the main papers in the morning… more than not they will give Mitt Romney a BIG WIN for tonight’s performance!
.
I’ll end by saying this… I can’t wait until the next Debate begins. Ryan should be dynamite!
.
