Iraq's Interior Minister says Reports are true

Iraq's Interior Minister, Bayan Jabr, told a news conference on Thursday that reports of Abu Musab al-Zarqawi being wounded are true but can not say if he is dead. At this time it is not clear as to what evidence Jabr was basing his statement on. Given the shadowy nature of Zarqawi's al-Qaeda organisation and the fact that Zarqawi has a $25 million bounty on his head, details on his whereabouts and his present health are hard to come by. Bottom line on all of this is that most of Zarqawi's followers now seem convinced that he is seriously wounded and may soon die. (We can only Pray that this is so.)
