Yes... I for one do believe the Iraq War is now won and I could not be prouder of all our men and women in the United States Armed Forces that made it possible.

Before this time passes into the History Books... with no parades or cheers of gratitude in the streets or within our finest of Newspapers from around this great country of ours... I just wanted to be able to say to you -- all of you that made this mission in Iraq such a success...
