Army Staff Sgt. Anani Quezada, and the Panjshir Provincial Reconstruction Team, delivers pencils to children of Yakabed village, Dara distract, in Panjshir Province, Afghanistan, during a recent Material Assistance mission on Oct. 26th. The supplies are part of the effort by the provincial government to provide essential services to the people.
