SURVIVOR'S SMILE - A TRUE HERO
Defense Secretary Robert M. Gates visits Sgt. Kimberly Munley, [a TRUE Hero in my book,] a police officer recovering at the hospital on Fort Hood, Texas, Nov. 10, 2009. Munley was wounded when she acted as a first responder to the Nov. 5 shooting incident on post that left 13 dead and 38 wounded. Munley fired shots at the alleged shooter.
