* TimesOnline.co.uk brings us the following report this Monday afternoon and it starts off like this... The Obama administration has said that a Times report revealing that Iran has been secretly working on a trigger for a nuclear bomb urgently underscored the case for tough new sanctions against Tehran... Referring to today's report, which showed that Iran has been working on testing a key final component of a nuclear bomb, a senior US official said: “Now that work may have been done on a trigger mechanism, this certainly gives urgency, in the absence of any meaningful response from Tehran…in terms of additional pressure on sanctions.”... The official added: “The revelations that work has been done [on a nuclear trigger] does add a sense of urgency and these revelations certainly don’t hurt.”...
