More than 20 countries and international organizations have offered to give help and assistance the United States in the aftermath of Hurricane Katrina. Some of the countries include Britain, Australia, Canada, Germany, France, Russia, China, Japan and South Korea. The United Nations has even offered to help in the coordination of international relief efforts.
