The Department of Defense announced today the death of a soldier who was supporting Operation Iraqi Freedom.
Cpl. Jason J. Beadles, 22, of La Porte, Ind., died April 12th in Baghdad, Iraq, of a non-combat related injury. The incident is under investigation. He was assigned to the 887th Engineer Company, 326th Engineer Battalion, 101st Airborne Division (Air Assault), Fort Campbell, Ky.
