The New York Times is at it again and this time reporting that a draft American government report (that isn’t finished or out yet,) has revealed that over the past four years that between 100,000 and 300,000 barrels a day of Iraq's declared oil production has gone missing...

OHHHH the spin is going to be crazy next week when the Dems and the left of left get a hold of this story... and the final report that is expected to come out next week sometime...
