Key U.S. Benchmark For Iraqis Met Today By Iraqi Parliament

A key benchmark, (benchmarks are used... and abused by the Dems in the U.S. Congress... for measuring progress toward national reconciliation in Iraq,) has FINALLY been past by the Iraqi Parliament. This new legislation that was passed today, (Saturday, January 12, 2008) will allow former members of Saddam Hussein's Baath Party to be reinstated to government jobs in Iraq.

Now I just wonder how the Dems will try to downplay this good news...?
