DoD Identifies Army Casualty
The Department of Defense announced today the death of a soldier who was supporting Operation Iraqi Freedom.
Sgt. Jose E. Ulloa, 23, of New York, N.Y., died August 9th in Sadr City, Iraq, of wounds suffered when his vehicle encountered an improvised explosive device August 8th in Sadr City. He was assigned to the 515th Transportation Company, 28th Transportation Battalion, Mannheim, Germany.
