The Department of Defense announced today the death of a Marine who was supporting Operation Iraqi Freedom.
Pfc. Daniel A. C. McGuire, 19, of Mashpee, Mass., died August 14th while supporting combat operations in Anbar province, Iraq. He was assigned to 3rd Battalion, 6th Marine Regiment, 2nd Marine Division, II Marine Expeditionary Force, Camp Lejeune, N.C.
