Proud FatherA proud father and sailor from the destroyer USS Halsey holds his child for the first time following his return to Naval Base San Diego, December 24, 2006. During the ship's maiden deployment, the Halsey conducted sustained Maritime Interdiction Operations in the Sulu and Celebes Seas in support of the Global War on Terrorism.
