Dogwood Homeowners Association recently made a recommendation to accept Twin Cities Development's offer... That offer is $8,750 per acre if 90 percent of the Dogwood community in Haughton signs leases with the company to develop possible underlying natural gas pockets called Haynesville Shale under their properties... "Almost everybody is signing," said Dianna Judd, a Dogwood board member... When making their recommendation, Dogwood Homeowners Association members said people kept calling and asking what to do.

Saxon interest acreage is operated by Comstock Resources and is located in Panola and Rusk Counties Texas in portions of the Oak Hill, North Tatum and Carthage Northwest Fields. The eleven producing Saxon wells produce from the Cotton Valley Limestone which overlies Bossier/Haynesville Shale and Saxon's working interest varies in those wells from 18 to 23 percent...
