As of 5:00pm EDT, TROPICAL STORM CRISTOBAL had maximum sustained winds near 45 MPH with higher gust. Slow strengthening is forecast over the next day or two... The latest Minimum Central Pressure reported by an Air Force Reserve Reconnaissance Aircraft was 1005MB - 29.68 INCHES
