Hello everyone!
Been a while, I know...

Let’s get started off with this GREAT article I found posted on the KSLA website this past Friday evening, Jan. 23rd. It starts off like this... Get ready for the next phase of the Haynesville Shale, as natural gas companies look to lay pipelines to get all that gas to market... American Right of Way Associates CEO Don Valden is getting ready to train an army of new right of way agents to begin working the Haynesville Shale, "I think from what we're hearing from all the experts, what happened in the Barnett Shale is gonna happen here, and I think it's because the Haynesville Shale is larger than the Barnett, from what they're telling us, I think there's gonna be more people here, there's gonna be a lot more infrastructure needed."...

Work continued this afternoon to cap a natural gas well blowout near Spring Ridge, La... Chesapeake Energy's Kevin McCotter said crews are making progress in getting the well capped. They are continuing to monitor the air quality at the scene and the emission of natural gas continues to be very minimal, McCotter said... There was no explosion or fire when the well blew about 2 a.m. today. McCotter said that on a scale of 1 to 10 -- with 10 being a blazing well and leaking natural gas -- "This is a 1."...

* AD-HOC-NEWS.de has the following report for us today and it goes in part like this...
Regency has negotiated definitive agreements with shippers for 800 MMcfd, which is more than 70% of the capacity of the Haynesville Expansion Project. The project would expand Regency’s pipeline system in North Louisiana to bring natural gas from the Haynesville Shale - one of the most active new natural gas plays in the United States - to market. The agreements are for firm transportation capacity under 10 year contract terms and are subject to conditions including final approval by Regency’s board of directors... Regency is also in advanced discussions with other shippers who have requested transportation volumes exceeding the remaining capacity. Regency has eliminated its obligation for the purchase of 28 miles of 24-inch pipe that is no longer needed for the revised 1.1 bcf/d expansion...

The Tiger Pipeline is expected to cost between $1 billion and $1.2 billion to construct, depending upon final throughput capacity design, with costs incurred over a three-year period, the company said in a statement... Initial capacity of at least 1.25 billion cubic feet per day may be increased up to 2 bcf per day based on the results of an open season, the company said...
