The Department of Defense announced today the death of a soldier who was supporting Operation Iraqi Freedom.
Pfc. Jason E. Dore, 25, of Moscow, Maine, died July 8th in Baghdad, Iraq, of wounds suffered from an improvised explosive device. He was assigned to the 2nd Battalion, 5th Cavalry Regiment, 1st Brigade Combat Team, 1st Cavalry Division, Fort Hood, Texas.
