As of 11 PM EDT... Tropical Storm BETA had Maximum Sustained Winds of near 70 MPH with higher gust... Some strengthening is forecast during the next 24 hours and Beta could become a Hurricane soon... Estimated Minimum Central Pressure was 989 MB. Beta is moving toward the north-northwest near 5 mph... A turn to the northwest and west toward Central America is expected during the next 24 hours...
