The White House announced today that President Bush will in fact address the Nation this Wednesday night at 9pm EST about his new way forward... his new plans for VICTORY in Iraq. The President will also be traveling to Fort Benning, Georgia, on Thursday. He'll visit with the troops and will be making another statement to the press... I would think sometime afterwards...
Tony Snow gave his daily Press Briefing today and President Bush’s plans were mostly all that were discussed between him and the Media on hand.
