No. 166-07 February 12, 2007DoD Identifies Army Casualty
The Department of Defense announced today the death of a soldier who was supporting Operation Enduring Freedom.
Sgt. Long N. Nguyen, 27, of Portland, Ore., died February 10th in Mazar-e Sharif, Afghanistan, of a non-combat related wound. Nguyen was assigned to the 141st Brigade Support Battalion, Portland, Ore. The incident is under investigation.
