IAEA Set To Freeze Up To Half Of Iran Aid

The International Atomic Energy Agency plans to freeze up to 22 of the 55 technical cooperation projects that were intended to improve Iran's use of nuclear technology, read a 12-page "restricted" report seen by Bloomberg News. The proposed cuts will be voted on by the IAEA's 35-member Board of Governors when it meets March 5 in Vienna.
