Rescue Mission well on the way... Each round trip, when they begin, should last near ONE hour each.
As of 9:00pm CDT ... FINAL test still being run on rescue capsule.

YEAH!!! First Paramedic/Rescuer now in capsule and is being deployed downward to trapped miners.

So far so good...

The 4th of 33 miners has just now got on top and what an experience it has been to watch. Not only for all those there but for all of us around the world who have been watching on the edge of our seats!

So... what do you think about all this?
.
Yeah... Me too... I’ve been glued to my laptop and TV intently all night and need to call it a night. But that’s hard to do with all this JOY happening live.
.
Only one thing has been driving me nuts though. Would someone down there in the mine PLEASE upright that video camera!!! LOL
.
I know by now you have had to noticed that the rescue capsule is always leaning/slanted much to the right in the camera shots from within the mine.
.
But have you noticed that all the men down there or doing the same? Which makes me conclude the capsule... and everyone else down there... are actually standing straight up and down but the camera angle is off... And yep... it has been bugging the heck out of me all night long! Mainly because it took me a bit to figure out what was wrong with that picture in the first place!!!
.
None of the news people have noticed it or commented on it. I mean... they have been reporting on everything else one could think of but not anything on what should have been the obvious!
.
Anyway... god bless all of them and may all the rest come out as smoothly as the first four have.

Well, late last night I said I’d see ya in a few hrs...
Would you believe late afternoon!!!?
LOL... sorry about that....
.
Well as of right now, the 26th of 33 trapped miners is just reaching the top and is being celebrated with chants that we have been hearing for so many hrs now... as each miner comes out of the hole from hell. With that said... all is still going VERY well. GOOD NEWS -- Good news...
.
Now... like me, I’m sure all of you guys and gals out there have been keeping up with all of this with the live feeds above and on your favorite news channel at home or office... In my case that would have to be FOX News... but sadly had to turn on CNN after 1:ooam my time this morning when FOX News started playing reruns from earlier in the night.
.
Must say CNN did a good job with it too, but... what can I say... I’m a FOX News man... only... now-a-days!
.
I also see the camera view is still cockeyed in the live, down in the hole, mine feed... LOL OHHH well it’s great viewing regardless.

32nd of the 33 trapped miners is now on top... safe and sound. The cage is going back down for the LAST trapped minor and should be a done deal in about a half hr or so. Then the rescue workers 4 I believe are down there now... will be brought up and that will be that.

Another story with a happy ending... But let’s not get ahead of ourselves...

Last Miner has reached the surface, safe and sound!

Again -- All 33 Miners have been recovered, safely. Job well done!

Looks like we have 5 Rescue Workers and the first of the 5 is being brought up as I type.
This should all be over now in about 2 ½ hrs...

What floors me over the last 24 hours... is just how many people from around the world have been watching this event unfold before our teary eyes.

Shepard Smith on Fox News said earlier tonight that he had seen reports that over ONE Billion people have watched this rescue at one point or another. Now THAT is a lot of people!!!

First of 5 rescue workers is now on TOP!
.

It is unbelievable that these guys were in this situation for 69 days and got out of there with theirs live and a smile. This has been a wonderful event to watch over the last 24 hrs or so and I for one am SO glad I did.

Oooops-- There seemed to have been 6 rescue workers in total down there, not five as I first thought. Had missed one somewhere! Regardless... Last one will be on top soon enough...
