Documents Reveal al Qaeda Planning on Seizing Cruise Ships

* CNN brings us the following troubling news this Monday afternoon and it starts off like this… This story is based internal al Qaeda documents, details of which were obtained by CNN. Hundreds of documents were discovered by German cryptologists embedded inside a pornographic movie on a memory disk belonging to a suspected al Qaeda operative arrested in Berlin last year. The German newspaper Die Zeit was the first to report on the documents…

Sorry, nothing new to report at this time… But if you haven’t already, be sure to watch this VERY informative video below…
This must see, CNN News Video is just under 11 ½ minutes long
………………………..
.
I’m REALLY surprised that there isn’t more being made of this out of the MSM.  I’ve found only a few reports on Google this morning, nothing new there on this story… and even FOX News hasn’t even mentioned it!
Good work and reporting, CNN!

Space Shuttle Enterprise Land in New York
Friday, April 27, 2012
.
Space Shuttle Enterprise, mounted atop a NASA 747 Shuttle Carrier Aircraft (SCA), is seen as it takes off for New York from Washington Dulles International Airport, Friday, April 27, 2012, in Sterling, VA. Enterprise was the first shuttle orbiter built for NASA performing test flights in the atmosphere and was incapable of spaceflight. Originally housed at the Smithsonian's Steven F. Udvar-Hazy Center, Enterprise will be demated from the SCA and placed on a barge that will eventually be moved by tugboat up the Hudson River to the Intrepid Sea, Air & Space Museum in June.

SpaceX Announces Launch Delay of Falcon 9 Rocket and Dragon Spacecraft from April 30th to May 7th
Post Date: Wednesday, April 25, 2012
.
In response to SpaceX's announcement that it has delayed launch of its Falcon 9 rocket and Dragon Spacecraft from April 30th to May 7th, NASA issued the following statement from Associate Administrator for Human Exploration and Operations William Gerstenmaier:
.
"We appreciate that SpaceX is taking the necessary time to help ensure the success of this historic flight. We will continue to work with SpaceX in preparing for the May 7 launch to the International Space Station."
.
As scheduled, the mission will be the first to see a privately built and funded spacecraft rendezvous with the station. If successful, the mission is expected to pave the way toward regular operational commercial cargo missions…

Post Update:
Update from SpaceX on Launch Date
Wednesday, May 02, 2012
12:44pm CDT
.
At this time, a May 7th launch appears unlikely. SpaceX is continuing to work through the software assurance process with NASA. A statement will be issued as soon as a new launch target is set.
All info taken from the NASA.gov website
…………………..
.
Again I say… I sure do hope they do not have to continue to push this launch date farther and farther down the road. But I know a safe, surefire launch is always the best... however long it takes.
Can’t wait to see it FLY!

Presidential Election 2012 - Connecticut, Delaware, New York, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island Primaries

Pennsylvania, Rhode Island

Original Post time: 2:45pm CDT
I will be updating this post after Polls close this evening so check back!
.
Depending from whom one gets their Delegate Count totals from, today I’m using info from CNN News… The Total Delegate Count going into these April 24th Primaries are as follows: Mitt Romney 695 delegates - Rick Santorum 273 - Newt Gingrich 141 and Ron Paul 72.
.
1,144 delegates are needed for the Official Republican Nomination.
.
……………………………………..

While we wait for the results to come in tonight, I just have to say a few words about my former man, Newt…
.
After reading through many a political article over the last few days… I see Former House Speaker Newt Gingrich and Campaign have been suggesting that the end may be finally near for the former House Speaker’s struggling presidential campaign. Especially if he fares poorly in today’s Delaware Republican Primary.
.
From what I’ve read… he has spent a LOT of time of late campaigning there and needs a 1st or STRONG 2nd place finish. I really don’t see this happening... SOOO…
.
We love ya Newt, but it’s over my friend. Time to stand aside and let Mitt and his Team go after President Obama with the complete backing of the Republican Party… and you!
.
I for one really do hope we hear a great speech out of you tonight, Newt. And then see you gracefully bow from the 2012 Presidential Race, throwing your FULL support behind Mitt Romney, the NEXT President of the United States. But if you cannot find yourself to do it tonight… at least make it so in the next few days.
.
With that said, we shall soon enough see how tonight’s events unfold.

Congrats MITT!!!
On your FIVE STATE Winning SWEEP!
Yes sir… It has been another great night for Mitt Romney with his BIG WINS in all FIVE STATES... And man… what a powerful, uplifting… Presidential Speech Mitt gave us just a while ago. POWERFUL STUFF!!!
Be sure to click it out at link below…
...
- Also tonight and at about the same time as Mitt’s speech was going on…
NOTE: They were having problems with getting Newt’s video working as I posted this but the link has GOOD info on what he had to say, in part… and maybe they will get his speech up and running soon enough. For now, Newtdid acknowledge that he will need to consider whether to continue his campaign “Over the next few days, we're going to look, realistically, at where we're at,” he said, promising to continue to campaign in North Carolina this week. “We're also going to think about how we can be most helpful to this country.”…
Read more/hopefully watch the video in full at link above.

And again… keep up with the latest election results in all five states at links above from Fox and CSPAN!

Update:
Wednesday afternoon
I do think it's pretty clear that Governor Romney is ultimately going to be the nominee and we're going to do everything we can to make sure that he is, in fact, effective and that we as a team are effective both in winning this fall and then, frankly, in governing.”
Newt Gingrich
The word is out this early Wednesday afternoon that Newt Gingrich will officially drop out of the 2012 Presidential Race in an upcoming event sometime this coming Tuesday, May 1st And it is also being reported that it is all but certain that he WILL endorse Mitt Romney for President at this time.
.
As of right now… Newt will complete his North Carolina schedule as planned this week, making it into something of a goodbye tour. Good for you Newt. And I might add make it a memorable, powerful exit too.

* Here’s a fun read at CNN.com and it starts off like this… Call it the flip-side to torture: using seduction to extract valuable information. It’s as old as the Old Testament - literally. Delilah used deception and seduction to find out the secret of Samson’s strength. His hair was never to be cut. So off she went to tell the Philistines - and his precious braids were shaved as he slept… The lure of sex has been the stuff of both spy fiction and real-life scandals ever since…

End Game Up - Useless Iranian Negotiations Will Fail As War Drums Start Beating Loudly, Again

Wednesday, April 18, 2012

President Obama’s negotiators need to strongly confront Iran during this upcoming meeting in Bagdad, Iraq and set a firm deadline of weeks… not months… insisting the Iranians immediately begin the process of dismantling their nuclear enrichment facilities and cease all of their nuclear weapons research.
.
Time for being all nice and pussyfooting around is over. We just don’t have time for all that crap anymore. The END GAME is UP folks… one way or the other.
.
Obama also needs to make it perfectly clear to Iran, by he and his negotiators… that failure to comply with these demands would be met with HEAVY HANDED Military Strikes by the United States and anyone else wishing to join us… And that these Strikes wouldn’t stop until ALL of Iran’s Nuclear Programs and Facilities are completely destroyed.
.
BUT… we ALL know none of that is going to happen and sadly… I can’t help but believe that the next meeting will be nothing more than a total waste of time and failure!
.
I also believe that soon after this failed meeting… we will surely see many an Israeli Leader coming out and doing all kinds of trashing of President Obama and his failed Foreign Policies… especially on those policies dealing with Iran’s Nuclear Program and these worthless TALKS!
.
Next we will start hearing, from everywhere and everyone, the war drums beating again as they were just a month or so ago. And yes… it will be ALL about our good friends in Israel and them taking on Iran’s nuclear mess all by themselves. Then we sit back and wait… END GAME… UP!!!

Space Shuttle Discovery departed NASA's Kennedy Space Center in Florida for the last time with an early-morning takeoff atop NASA's Shuttle Carrier Aircraft (SCA). Instead of blazing a trail toward low Earth orbit, the agency's most-flown shuttle is on its way to Smithsonian's National Air and Space Museum Steven F. Udvar-Hazy Center in Chantilly, Va.
.
The SCA transporting Discovery took off from Kennedy at 7am EDT, just as the first light dawned at the Shuttle Landing Facility. The ferry flight concluded at 11:05 a.m. when the aircraft touched down at Washington Dulles International Airport in Sterling, Va. …

SpaceX Dragon 'Looks Good' in Flight Readiness Review
As of Monday, April 16th, 2012
.
NASA and SpaceX officials met Monday at Johnson Space Center in Houston for a detailed Flight Readiness Review meeting ahead of the second demonstration mission of the SpaceX Dragon spacecraft targeted to lift off on one of the company's Falcon 9 rockets.
.
The meeting, a standard part of NASA's pre-launch preparations, confirmed the cargo test flight to the International Space Station is on-track for an April 30th launch from Cape Canaveral Air Force Station in Florida, adjacent to NASA's Kennedy Space Center. "Everything looks good heading to the April 30th launch date," said Bill Gerstenmaier, NASA's associate administrator for Human Exploration and Operations.
.

I’ll say it again…
It’s going to be a lot of fun watching the SpaceX Dragon fly!
