Peretz is of the opinion that a wide-scale call up of reservists would exacerbate Syrian concerns that the operation is directed at them... Note: When all Foreign Citizens, (who wish to leave,) are out of Lebanon and on safe turf... (I think that day officially came today, 7-26-06,) it would not surprise me one bit... if within days of this event... we finally see this war escalate and flow quickly over other boarders.
