North Korea: On Ground Updates
North Korea reports they will launch a satellite/missile during the daylight hours sometime between the 4th and 8th of April, and that its boosters would fall into the Sea of Japan… about 75 miles from Japan's north-west coast. Japan in return is warning they WILL shoot it down, if it shows any signs of striking Japan’s territory…

Japan and South Korea say they will seek high-level action at the United Nations to punish North Korea if it proceeds with its announced long-range rocket launch… South Korean Foreign Minister Yu Myung-hwan says North Korea will be breaking international law if it launches a long-range rocket - regardless of what is on board… He says any North Korean launch, whether it is a missile or a satellite, will be brought to the United Nations Security Council for a possible response…
