Bathed in the Lights
Rwandan soldiers are bathed in the lights of the flight line as they line up to board a U.S. Air Force C-130 Hercules at the Kigali International Airport, Rwanda, for transportation to the Darfur region of Sudan on July 21, 2005. The U.S. airlift is part of the larger multinational effort to improve security and create conditions in which humanitarian assistance can be more effectively provided to the people of Darfur.
