Troop Withdrawals Could Begin Next Year
A fairly substantial withdrawal of U. S. forces from Iraq could take place next spring or summer if the insurgency doesn't grow and the country's political process continues as scheduled, so says U. S. Army Gen. George W. Casey, head of Multinational Force Iraq. Casey spoke during a surprise visit to Iraq by Defense Secretary Donald H. I think a troop pull down in Iraq might just happen but where you guys go from there..... I'm afraid it isn't going to be back here to the States... This war on terror is by far from being over. What say you...
