Saddam to only face 12 Charges

The spokesman for the Prime Minister of Iraq said today that Saddam Hussein would only be tried on 12 well documented charges when he finally goes to court within the next two months. Saddam could face up to 500 charges but the spokesman said that trying him on all of these charges would be a waste of time. These are largely the same 12 charges set forth from a year ago which included humanity and war crimes. If he's found guilty, he would most likely face being executed.
